1. Starlink requires a clear view of the Northern sky, starlink does provide a smart-phone App that will allow you to check the view required. 

 

2. You will need place the order with Starlink directly https://www.starlink.com 

We cannot process your order on your behalf however we may be able to help with any issues you face. 

3. Once your order is confirmed and you have your tracking information, you can phone or email us and we can book you in for an installation time and date. 

 

The second generation Starlink Version (2) does not have an Ethernet port unfortunately and is WiFi only you may need to order the Ethernet adapter at a cost of £35, this will enable you t6o link your starlink installation into your existing network (if you have one!)

We usually take between 1 to 2hrs to fully survey your premises and put together a plan of action, we can usually provide you with a Price and book you in if you wish to proceed. 

 

 

Usually an installation will take 2 to 3 hrs, we may have to drill one hole through the external wall which allows us to fit a cable from the external dish to the router, obviously more complex networking jobs may take 1 to 2 days.
